Kevin Berreth, Founder & Owner
Kevin J. Berreth, founder and owner of Berreth Law Group, brings over 19 years of extensive litigation, trial and appellate experience in a variety of practice areas, including business/commercial law, employment law, government tort liability, federal civil rights, catastrophic motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and church liability.
He received his J.D. from Trinity Law School, where he graduated cum laude. He served as editor-in-chief of Trinity Law Review as well as completed an internship with the Pacific Justice Institute.
Mr. Berreth is admitted to practice in all California courts and the United States District Court, Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts. His email is kevin@berrethlaw.com.

Cesily's passion lies within the field of law, where she finds fulfillment in assisting others with legal matters as a paralegal alongside the esteemed legal team at Berreth Law Group.
With a Master's in Legal Studies, her ultimate aspiration is to pursue a career as a lawyer, a goal she eagerly anticipates achieving. Celebrating over five years of marriage, Cesily and her husband recently welcomed their first child, bringing them immense happiness.
Beyond her legal endeavors, Cesily enjoys capturing moments through photography, immersing herself in music, and expressing her thoughts through writing. Firmly grounded in faith, she holds the belief that life's events ultimately work out for the benefit of all involved.
